Fitness philosophy:

My job is to help the client meet their goals through safe and effective training programs. I believe in emphasizing all aspects of fitness including; strength, endurance and flexibility. My niche is weight loss through metabolic conditioning. I train individuals, groups, and teams. I have a strong knowledge base in weight loss, Olympic lifts, strength training, endurance training, and sports nutrition.

Hobbies:

Spending time with my wife and kids, working out, training clients, traveling, and enjoying life to the fullest!
