Norman Regional’s cardiac rehabilitation program is one of a few certified programs in the Oklahoma City area. This program provides both inpatient and outpatient services to assist heart patients in achieving their optimal health after a cardiac episode.
This program consists of four different phases, each designed to educate patients on proper nutrition, exercise and lifestyle changes. Phase I is offered as an inpatient program at the Norman Regional HealthPlex. Phase II and III is an outpatient program located at The Heart Plaza and Phase IV is located at The Health Club.
After completing Phase III of cardiac rehab it is important to continue exercising. The Health Club offers a variety of opportunities for you to stay physically active.
