Fitness philosophy:

"Hard work beats talent when talent takes a day off." I've seen it, I've lived it and I encourage it. Working hard, in a safe environment, is something I implement into every session. No two bodies are the same, so it is important to create workouts that fit a person's needs, as well as improve their weaknesses. Find what works for you and enjoy your journey of living a healthier life.
